If I am hosting any event, party, or gathering you can be sure that I will start off with guacamole, this outrageously good hot corn dip, and this tortellini and ranch dip recipe! It is incredibly easy (embarrassingly so) but so good. It gets rave reviews and recipes requests every time it is served! I promise you are going to love this recipe!
How To Make Ranch Dip….Easy!!!
For this ranch dip recipe, I like to combine plain Greek yogurt, mayo, grated Parmesan cheese, and a packet of Ranch seasoning. I sort of whisk everything together until it is smooth and combined. The beauty of this recipe is each individual ingredient can be customized. I like to use Greek yogurt for the consistency and the tangy flavor, so that makes up the bulk of this recipe. But if Greek yogurt isn’t your favorite, you can use more mayo or use sour cream instead.
You can also change up the amount of Parmesan cheese called for in this recipe. Feel free to adapt this recipe to suit your own tastes!

How Long Will Ranch Dip Last?
This ranch dip will keep very well (as will the tortellini!). You can expect to keep this ranch for up to a week as long is it is stored in an airtight container and kept in the fridge.
What Goes With Ranch Dip?
EVERYTHING! I love serving the tortellini on the side because it serves double duty; it can be an appetizer or a side dish! But chips, veggies, Baked Ravioli, chicken strips or nuggets, pizza, sandwiches, dry rub chicken wings or any other protein would be great with this ranch dip!
If you want to change up the flavors, you could easily stir in pesto, Buffalo sauce, chopped chipotles, green chilies, or taco seasoning! This ranch dip really is the best!
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
- cooked cheese tortellini
