Can you believe are at the end of February? I was just telling my daughter that there are only 12 weeks left of school. That will go by so quickly. Of course, she spun it and said yes, there is a whole 12 weeks left. She’s so negative.

I feel like we have one foot in winter and one foot in spring. I’m starting to look forwards to Easter and Spring Break. My blogger mind is thinking of recipes for Mother’s Day and Memorial Day too. Never too early right?

But we all have to eat good food NOW, so here this week’s meal plan, enjoy!
