I’ve been terrible with one of my resolutions. I have to get into an exercise routine. I don’t belong to a gym and I hate working out at home. I’m stuck. Thankfully, I have a dog who keeps me walking daily. I am happy to report, however, that my diet has been pretty good so far this year. I’m so happy to have these meal plans! They keep me organized and well fed! I hope they do the same for you too!
