Weekly Meal Plan

Welcome back!! I’ve think I’ve finally come to the conclusion that spring will not be coming this year. This weekend we get another round of snow. I tell you, this is the never-ending winter. I may have to start making key lime flavored desserts and fruity drinks with umbrellas in them in the hopes that I can somehow coax summer into coming! Guess there’s nothing more to say, so let’s get straight to the food! We have a great menu for you this week! Hope you enjoy!

    I second the statement that this winter is never ending!! I normally don’t complain about the winter but this one has been brutal. Can I come for dinner..umm EVERY night this week??!! LOL It all looks and sounds wonderful!!

    Well, I guess I can’t complain too much since I live in Hawaii (though the other week it was -not- the 1 state in the union without snow on the ground. Weird, right?) and it isn’t cold by most definitions of the word, but I’m ready for spring, too. Winter here is the rainy season, and I live right by the rain-catching mountains on the rainy side of the island.
    In other news, I totally want that Greek salad!
