Here we are at the end of another week. This is the second week  where my kids did NOT have a snow day and boy are they bummed! I tried to explain that it had to end some time! We need spring. And I need this food!

MONDAY

BBQ Shrimp, New Orleans Style; Meal Plans Made Simple

BBQ Shrimp, New Orleans Style from Wonky Wonderful– all you need is lemon, garlic, Worcestershire, cajun seasoning, shrimp, and BUTTERRRR!

TUESDAY

Baked Chicken and Orzo; Meal Plans Made Simple

Baked Chicken and Orzo from Lemons for Lulu – all full of mushrooms and sage — this cozy dish is a crowd pleaser! (Plus it’s really easy!)

WEDNESDAY

Easy Minestrone Soup

Easy Minestrone Soup from Sugar Dish Me – A little taste of Olive Garden’s bottomless soup right in your own kitchen! Except better and more healthier. Plus you can stock your freezer.

THURSDAY

Chicken Tetrazzini; Meal Plans Made Simple

Chicken Tetrazzini from Yummy Healthy Easy – Chicken, mushrooms, creamy spaghetti. I am feeling it.

FRIDAY

Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas; Meal Plans Made Simple

Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas from Center Cut Cook – My mom swears by this recipe. It is reeeeeeally good.

SATURDAY

Braised Beef Pasta; Meal Plans Made simple

Braised Short Rib Pasta with Horseradish Cream Sauce from The Law Student’s Wife – Okay. I’ve been eyeballing this one for days and I HAVE to have it. The short ribs are braised in red wine and there’s horseradish in the cream sauce. THE END.

SUNDAY

Bourbon Chicken; Meal Plans Made Easy

Bourbon Chicken from Will Cook for Smiles – The homemade more awesome version of the delicious chicken they always try to give you on a toothpick at the mall. YES! That chicken.

DESSERT!!! (I know that’s your favorite part)

Bourbon Cheesecake with Boozy Chocolate For Two

Bourbon Cheesecake with Boozy Chocolate {for two!} from Sugar Dish Me – Shortbread crust, creamy cheesecake with a hint of bourbon, and boozy chocolate. Yesssssss.
