Weekly Meal Plan Week 38 - 10 great bloggers bringing you a full week of recipes including dinner, sides dishes, and desserts!

It’s April already! Did anyone do any April Fool’s Day pranks? I’d like to say I did, but honestly, I’m not good at those things. I usually only try to get my kids, but I think it’s come to the point where the kids are much smarter than I am. Or rather, they are just more clever than me. The only thing I would do for April Fool’s Day is create fun food. One year, I made a cake that looked like spaghetti and meatballs then next year I made a Twinkie stuffed with Tootsie Rolls so that it resembled a hot dog. This year, I didn’t do anything. I could say that I was just too busy, but the truth is I was just too lazy.

If I’m going to put forth the effort, then I want a meal with some sustenance. I want real food, like the food in this week’s meal plan!
