Welcome to the first meal plan of 2016! I know this is the time of year where we make resolutions right? We are going to work out regularly, eat more kale, drink lots of water, get loads of sleep, be more organized, read more, be more positive, be nicer, and well, there’s probably a lot more resolutions out there I just can’t think of them.
I’m not going to make resolutions. Sure I should do all of the above. But realistically I may only accomplish two or three and that’s ok. What I am going to do this year is follow my meal plans!!
