LEAN AND GREEN BUDDHA BOWL MEALS

Quinoa, green veggies and grilled chicken make this Buddha Bowl a lean, green flavor machine!

INGREDIENTS

– Chicken Breast – Virgin Olive Oil – Lemon Juice – Minced Garlic – Brussel Sprouts – Cooked Quinoa – Chopped Red Apple – Pepitas – Sliced Avocado – Arugula – Greek Yogurt – Mustard

In a zip top bag combine chicken breasts, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.

STEP 1

Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat. Add chicken breasts to hot grill. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side.

STEP 2

Place an iron skillet on your outdoor grill. Fill the skillet with oil add Brussels sprouts.

STEP 3

In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, yogurt, mustard, and vinegar.

STEP 4
