SALTED CARAMEL THUMBPRINT COOKIES

– All-purpose flour – Baking powder – Unsalted butter – Granulated sugar – Egg – Vanilla extract – Cocoa powder – Heavy cream – Water

INGREDIENTS:

STEP ONE

Mix the softened butter with sugar until very soft and creamy.

STEP TWO

Then add one egg and mix to combine; it’s essential that the egg is at room temperature, or it could break the emulsion made with butter and sugar.

Then add vanilla extract and combine.
