There is nothing better than Instant Pot Ribs! These pork ribs are covered in espresso ribs then cooked until tender!

Smother your ribs with sauce or leave them as is!

INGREDIENTS

– rack of ribs – Private Selection Espresso Rub – brown sugar – salt – water – chicken broth – Private Selection Hot Huli Huli & Rum Sauce

STEP ONE

To prepare the ribs, remove the membrane from the backs of the ribs with a knife. In a bowl, combine the espresso rub, brown sugar, and salt in bowl. Generously rub ribs with the spice mixture.

STEP TWO

Place water and broth in an Instant Pot that has been fitted with a trivet.  Arrange the ribs in a circular pattern with the meat facing the outside. Cook the ribs on manual for 20 minutes for baby back ribs and 30 for spare ribs.  The cooker should take about 15 minutes to come to pressure.

STEP THREE

After 20 minutes, quick release the pressure using the valve; using tongs, remove the ribs and place them on a foil lined baking sheet.

STEP FOUR

Brush Huli Huli sauce over the ribs and broil on low until the sauce is set. Transfer the ribs to a cutting board to cut. Serve immediately.
