If you have a food lover in your life then this is the list you need! I’ve assembled the best gifts for foodies!
This is a list of items I use in my kitchen on a daily basis. I have a strong attachement to each item on this list. They are versatile, practical and best of all reasonably priced!
Bamboo Utensils – You many not know this, but the best way to stop pasta water from boiling over is to place a bamboo spoon on top. It is strange, but it works. But that isn’t the only use for bamboo. I use these spoons to sautee, stir, spoon, and scoop.
My Kitchenaid Hand Mixer – is a small work horse in my kitchen. When I need to whip up something small like these Tiramisu Pudding Shots or Pumpkin Mousse Trifle, I grab for my hand mixer. It’s lite but super powerful. It can whip and beat with the best of them!
Sea Salt -Sweet and savory foods are sort of my thing; these Salted Cookies or Salted Granola Bars are made better by these salts! These packs are a must for foodies; they enchance savory dishes, sweets and drinks!
Silpat Mat -This is one of my FAVORITE, most useful kitchen tools. I use these to bake cookies of course, but I also roll dough on these mats and roll out filo for spanakopita! They can handle heat, do slip and nothing sticks to them!
KitchenMade Stainless Steel Measuring Set – I love this set because of the coffee scoop but also for the odd sizes like 2/3 and 3/4 cup

I personally love the temperature controls (warm, low, medium and high) as well as the timer. Set it in the morning and walk away!
KitchenAid 9 Cup Food Processor – What I love most about this food processor is how quiet this food processor is while maintaining all it’s power. This is perfect for chopping vegetables for muffalettas, making a cookie crust or pestos. You could use this for almost anything!
This KitchenAid Professional Stand Mixer is the backbone of my kitchen. Cookies, cakes, brownies, frosting, whipped cream and even shredding meat are all made easier with this machine. It is the best thing in my kitchen, that is not an exaggeration!
Wilton 6 Cavity Donut Pans These donut pans make it easier to give in to your cravings. They make it so easy to have donuts; no frying involved! Plus donuts make the base for these Buckeye Mini Cakes!
Spiceologist Greek Freak Seasoning – This is my absolute favorite seasoning! I use this on everything! No kidding. I rub this on my turkey, steak, potatoes, and pork. I stir it into my pasta, salad dressing and dips. The flavor in this mix is incredible! I think it’s versatile enough for every day cooking!
OXO Good Grips Avocado Tool – I fell in love with this tool the first time I used it! This slicer cuts right around the avocado then the prongs easily grab the pit. The other end will slice right through the avocado! I think everyone should have this in their kitchen!
Old Fashioned Flour Sack Dish Toweles – These towels are wonderful!! They are sturdy and obsorbant and they are miracle workers when it comes to making roll cakes like pumpkin roll or cherry lime cake roll!

Oxo Good Grips Batter Bowl – Sure this seems so simple, but this bowl is my go to bowl! I love the non-stick bottom and the handle. It feels comfortable, it’s practicle and the design is simple.

Lodge Cast Iron Dutch Oven – This baby is the bomb! It is thick and cooks evenly plus it can go straight into the oven! This dutch oven is amazing for soups, chili, briskets, roasts and chicken. This braises meats like a breeze!
Lodge Cast Iron Skillet – Every kitchen should have at least one cast iron skillet. This is preseasoned, reasonably priced and versital. I use this pan to make skillet cookies, nachos, tortellini dinners and cinnamon rolls!
Calphalon Contemporary 11-inch Square Grill Pan – Too cold to grill outside? That’s where this grill pan comes in, it is the best way to enjoy my burgers, brats or salmon in the coldest days. This pan is easy to clean and cooks evenly too! This is another tool that is a must in the kitchen!
